Catherine Rockandel provides services in community engagement and partnership planning. She works with organizations to help them leverage capabilities and to identify shared values and coincidental interests that create opportunities for mutual success. Her experience includes stakeholder outreach, engagement and analysis. She has experience creating partnership visions, defining partnership programs and building agreements that support implementation. She has undertaken research and planning for feasibility and vision studies, interpretative and master planning processes, industry and community engagement processes.
